Individual Psychotherapy

Individual Psychotherapy

Individual sessions are 45mins in duration. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client can be healing and empowering in itself. We will create a caring, compassionate and collaborative space and relationship to build insight into challenges that may be showing up in your life. We will work to re-assess, strengthen and add to the resources and toolkit that you inherently possess and need to continue to grow and experience more genuine and intentional moments. We are all works in progress!

Couples Counseling

Couples Counseling

Couples sessions are 60mins or 75mins in duration. We will use the here-and-now moment to create more authentic connections. It is a very courageous journey as it requires sharing of vulnerabilities and the rebuilding of trust, safety, security and intimacy. We will explore how the individual and the partnership may intersect, navigation of relationship transitions and stress, practice of self-love while loving one another (incl. establishing negotiable vs nonnegotiable boundaries; exploring accessibility, responsiveness and engagement; exercising conflict resolution skills), acknowledging and tolerating relationship emotions (incl. helplessness, inadequacy, fears of rejection and abandonment, and shame), and the discovery of forgiveness. This can also be a safe platform to explore temporary and/or permanent separation in the least harmful way.

Family Therapy

Family Therapy

Family sessions are 60mins or 75mins in duration. This is a space to share and be present. This can be a nurturing and triggering journey as we explore individuality, cohesion, and communication, identify raw spots and voice deep emotions that are a part of love, confront and challenge harmful family dynamics and dialogues, modify what were once helpful protective instincts/responses but no longer, promote problem solving, make amends, and improve compassion, patience, and tolerance. This can also be a safe platform to explore temporary and/or permanent distancing in the least harmful way.
